As Reg and I have arrived at a destination we plan to stay at for a while, I have ordered the small prints and some fridge magnets, from the Warby Hut, painting I did a few weeks back and I will do a big clean and sort of the stock in the caravan, over the next week and send out the prizes won while we were travelling north.  The print and this fridge magnet from my art work of Warby hut is supposed to take about 10 days to arrive here, I paid extra for a quick processing of the order, knowing it’s probably going to arrive a week after the promised day given that I am in north Qld.

I am looking forward to the outdoor life again, bushwalking and trekking up hill with my easel and art supplies is more effective than the best weight loss pills, I always  feel I get fitter and stronger when painting these landscapes out of doors and fully recommend, on location landscape painting over studio  painting to any artist. The paintings also take on an extra dimension as you hear the bird song, smell the leaves, feel the breeze and the temperature variations, and use all senses as you create the painting, painting as the human eye sees, rather than copying what a camera lenses has captured.

Busy morning, I began my work early, writing the copyright, Kathy Shell over the picture images of the prints that will go into my prints for sale pages in my http://www.campfire -yarns.com website and blog.

I have begun my Figurative and Wildlife print pages. I hope you enjoy them. The copyright notice is not; written on the print we supply our customers.  We travel with our prints. so these can be purchased 'direct from the artist' at our 'caravan awning studio. Once I get out bush walking, looking for wildlife to paint, I have a fun way stay fit. Bush walking sure beats diet pills as a fitness method, the view is worth all the effort. J. I just love nature so much.

 We also have these available laminated for our 'personal sales' customers but not for our web sales.

Latter today I will be doing more sorting of the store shed for items to pack for our tour, then plan more of the route for the first next part of our tour, the Gippsland section, to begin in less than two weeks.  This post is illustrated with two of the prints available to order through my campfires-yarns, blog and website.

  I part sorted out the store today, putting aside things we will need on the tour. Reg rigged up a light inside the body of the 'troopy', our car so I can use the interior as a mobile studio.

This afternoon I brought  my http://www.campfire-yarns.com  blog and website up to over 30 blog posts, and tonight I have been adding the prints for sale pages to it.  I have completed, the horse prints page, so far and will work on the other pages through next week.
These horse prints, can be purchased direct from the artist when we are on tour.

Copyright is written on the prints on the web site and is in effect at  all times but it will not be written on the prints that are purchased.

Postage is FREE within Australia and the prints may be sent flat or rolled in  mailing tube.

International clients must order at least three prints to receive free shipping.

This post is, illustrated, with the horse prints. I will add more prints to the campfire yarns, blog and web site over the next week.

My first experience in attempting to ride a horse was my only and last experience, lol, the horse bolted, I managed to hang on, it ran back to the stable then did it’s best to try to rub me off it’s back by rubbing up against objects. Lol, J, I can laugh now and realize I did a pretty successful first ride, if not in controlling the horse, at least by having hung on, right then though, lol, I was probably wondering if I should have looked at some insurance quotes. J, You could not call me a ‘horse person, lol. Maybe, just, a horse painter.

A small flyer, above, similar to an A4 size sheet of paper, but not exactly that size, with An Irish Blessing and the wind swept image of  'Georgia' . The idea for the Irish Blessing to go with this image was suggested by Shelley,  Georgia' s mother. It was a great choice.

I also intend to order the windswept version of Georgia, as a small business card size fridge magnet, but that will need to wait until the morning :-), this senior artist, does get tired to, lol, :-), even with the pleasure of a beautiful subject Georgia to inspire her. I received a great commission and some original photo material from Tracey, at the  the Heavy Horse Stables to complete some original art works using images of thier Clydesdale's and to reproduce these into art print form. I had such fun painting this pair of personality plus, Clydesdale and the painting lent itself so well to print reproduction, I used it to make large and small fridge magnets, car size magnets, caps T shirts, pens, key rings, gift cards and larger folded cards with envelopes, small and large postcards and small and large size prints. 

The original oil painting is 12" x 16" in artist quality oil paints on stretched canvas and is now available for viewing and purchase.
